The Eagle Peak is a generous sized ranch plan with an open great room, kitchen, and dining room. With two spare bedrooms on the opposite side of the home than the large master suite, this floor plan has quickly become a favorite.

The Younts Peak I and Younts Peak II is offered in multiple elevation styles in the Whispering Springs Community. The Craftsman as the standard option or you can upgrade to the Tuscan or French Country elevation.
The Younts Peak I offers three bedrooms, 2.5 baths on three finished levels with an unfinished fourth level. The third level offers a large rec room with storage, half bath, and laundry. The fourth level is ready for you to finish.
