The Basics:

The Lisa Burridge & Associates Real Estate "Guaranteed Sale Program" (GSP) is a plan that is intended to eliminate the stress that you might feel when buying a new home and selling your current home.

Are you planning to sell a home & relocate into a new property? Lisa's GSP might be just what you need to make your move worry free!

While the program isn't for everyone, and restrictions do apply, it can be useful in the right circumstances.

Qualifications & Restrictions:

1. First, homes must be "owner occupied" and must have at least 3 bedrooms, and be initially priced at or below $300,000. The seller must cooperate fully in showing the property, making it available, and keeping it in good repair and condition.*

2. The seller must purchase a replacement property through Lisa Burridge & Associates Real Estate.

3. Only traditional, residential, in-town type properties qualify for this program, rural properties, mobile homes & income properties usually do not qualify.* Properties that have been "on the market" (e.g. listed with another firm, for sale by owner, etc.) in the previous six months will be eligible at the discretion of Broker.*
